Directions from I-75: Coming from North or South on I-75 take exit 390 (Gainesville-39th Ave.) head east to 13th St. (441) make a right, heading South to NW 23rd Ave. (Shell station and Rhodes furniture on corner) make a left heading east, funeral home on the right about ¼ of a mile.
From 441: 1.Coming from North, make a left on NW 23rd Ave. (Shell station and Rhodes furniture on corners), funeral home on right about ¼ mile.
2.Coming from the South ,make a right on NW 23rd Ave. (Shell station and Rhodes furniture on corner) funeral home about ¼ mile on the right.
From Newberry: Take Newberry Rd. east to 13th St. (441) make a left, go to NW 23rd Ave. ( Shell Station and Rhodes furniture on corner) make a right, funeral home about ¼ mile on the right.
Forest Meadows Memorial Park-Central : 4100 NW 39th Ave.
From I-75: Coming from the North or South on I-75 take exit 390 (Gainesville-39th Ave.) head east to 43rd St. make a left, at the second entrance make an immediate right, Cemetery entry straight ahead. From 441: 1. Coming from North, take a right on to NW 39th Ave. take about 3 miles, cemetery will be on your right side of the road just before NW 43rd St., entrance next to Pine Grove Baptist Church
From Newberry: Take Newberry Rd. East to 43rd St., make a left heading North, cross over NW 39th Ave., make a right at second driveway, cemetery straight ahead.
Forest Meadows Memorial Park-West : County Rd. 241
From I-75: Coming North or South on I-75 take exit 390 (Gainesville-39th Ave.) head west till road ends, make a left on to County Rd. 241 (CR241) go about 3 miles and cemetery will be on your right. From 441: 1. Coming from the North, make a right on to NW 39th Ave., heading West, take that till the road ends, make a left on to County Rd. (CR241) go about 3 miles and cemetery will be on your right.
From Newberry: go to County Rd. 241 (CR241) and head north, cemetery on your left about a mile.
Forest Meadows Memorial Park-East: 3700 SE Hawthorne Rd.
From I-75: Coming North or South take exit 387, Newberry Rd., head east, Newberry Rd. will become University Ave., when you get to a fork in the road stay to the right, that will be Hawthorne Rd., take Hawthorne Rd.(Rt.20) about 3 miles, cemetery will be on your left just past the Sheriff's Office.
From 411: North or South, take University Ave.. heading east, when you get to a fork in the road stay to the right, that will be Hawthorne Rd., take Hawthorne Rd.(Rt.20) about 3 miles, cemetery will be on your left just past the Sheriff's Office.
From Newberry: head east, Newberry Rd. will become University Ave., when you get to a fork in the road stay to the right, that will be Hawthorne Rd., take Hawthorne Rd.
